HealthWorks Professional Expertise:
Highly qualified and experienced professionals provide HealthWorks consulting services. Our consultants are all members of the Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE). They include professionals with backgrounds in Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.
Craig Kipling H.B.Kin, C.K.
Craig has an H.B.Kin (C.K), graduating from McMaster University in 2000 with an Honours degree in Kinesiology. He has over 15 years of experience in ergonomics consulting and is a principle consultant of HealthWorks a Calgary based Ergonomic consulting firm. To our consulting team he brings his experience in both the private and public sectors, with his expertise in the physical aspects of applied ergonomics. His scope of work includes Physical Demands Analysis (PDA’s), ergonomic assessments, musculoskeletal interventions and controls, return to work programs, and training for all levels of personnel. He has serviced companies in various work environments including office, healthcare, industrial, and automotive. Craig is a full member of the Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE), a member of the Canadian Kinesiology Associations (CKA), and is a candidate to obtain in 2013 the College of Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE) designation.
Joan Warrington, B.Sc. P.T., CHT
Joan is a physiotherapist who has specialized in hand therapy and holds the Certified Hand Therapist designation. Within this specialization she has a special interest in upper extremity cumulative trauma disorders (e.g. “MSI”). Joan has an extensive clinical background assessing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and has treated clients for over 15 years. She has been working with HealthWorks since 2008, providing her expertise to prevent and alleviate many of the conditions she has seen and treated clinically.
Marnie Lee, B.A., B.Sc. OT(c)
Marnie has a B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy as well as a B.A. in Psychology. Both degrees were obtained from the University of Alberta. Marnie has 12 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist. She has assessed and treated clients whose diagnoses range from hand injuries and orthopedic conditions, to clients who have sustained a brain injury or stroke. Marnie has been conducting office ergonomic assessments for the past 4.5 years and has been working with HealthWorks since 2009.
